Job Description

What You’ll Do: 

Manage scheduling, calendar, and appointments (business and personal). 

Assist with administrative tasks. 

Record and organize ideas and notes. 

Book and manage personal appointments. 

Arrange and accompany the client on travel when required. 

Support daily organization and keep things running smoothly. 


What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience as a Personal & Administrative Assistant. 

Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable. 

Strong communication and time management skills. 

Tech-savvy and familiar with scheduling tools. 

Must have reliable transportation to Airdrie and be open to occasional travel.
