The role
 may include responsibilities such as:
Diary and calendar management
Domestic and International travel coordination
Email and inbox management
Call screening and communication management
Scheduling and attending meetings with senior leadership
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes and following up actions
Managing and maintaining online filing systems
Providing support across business projects and initiatives
Assisting with company events and activities
Supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Working across Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
To be successful, you will likely bring:
