We are seeking a high-energy, highly organised Administrator / Personal Assistant to support our clients leadership team and ensure smooth, structured, and efficient daily operations. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, communicates exceptionally well, and brings discipline, accuracy, and consistency to all administrative processes. This role will primarily support the CEO and Business Development Director, with general assistance to the wider team when needed. The biggest operational responsibilities include, actioning and monitoring emails, minute taking, report collation, maintaining structure, enforcing processes, managing calendars, internal and external communication, and ensuring follow-through on tasks across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-driven, and able to enforce structure and follow-through across the business. The successful candidate will be based at their head office in the Southern Suburbs.
