Key Responsibilities to support Chief Executive and 2 Senior Management:
Calendar Management:- Organize and maintain schedules and calendars
- Book appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Organise meeting materials for principals
- Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims.
- Experience in a PA or administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
