Job Description

  • Monitor and supervise report submission of various departments. Compile and update General Manager on the reports (weekly).
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report to CPM.
  • Inter‑department collaboration on various projects/planning. (Majority completed within timeline).
  • Patient, serious towards work matters. Willing to put in extra efforts.
  • Strengths ability in Preparation paper, data analysis, negotiation skill.
  • Deal with staffs who reluctant to follow timeline set.
  • More inter‑department interaction to enhance communication and smoothen operation.
  • Ensure and responsible all documents are maintained detailed oriented.
  • Proofread and translate documents.
  • Attending meetings and managing meeting minutes.
  • Assisting GM in following up departmental tasks.
  • Ad‑hoc functions and any other related duties as assigned by GM from time to time.
