Job Description

Role Purpose

The PA/EA provides executive coordination support to ensure the Office runs with discipline, confidentiality and time control. This is an executive-support role requiring diary ownership, document accuracy, follow-up discipline and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendar, meeting schedules, reminders and diary discipline.
Coordinate meetings, visitors, travel, files, agendas and briefing papers.
Prepare basic minutes, follow-up trackers and document movement records.
Maintain confidential correspondence, filing, scanning, PDF handling and office records.
Support Deputy CoS in document control, version tracking and routine MIS coordination.
Ensure timely follow-up on action points and maintain a daily/weekly task tracker.
