  • Arrange meeting and schedule meeting for project team
  • Manage daily schedules and coordination
  • Keep track of monthly progress claims
  • Aggregate summary of claims and payments
  • Handle ad hoc administrative duty such as booking for meetings and meals
  • Prepare weekly site progress report
  • Managing project related paperwork
  • Coordinating with subcontractor suppliers
  • Issue LOA, PO and drawings
  • Receive, process and distribute subcontractor shop drawings
