Job Description
1. Calendar & Schedule Management Manage and organize executive's daily calendar Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Handle last-minute changes and urgent requests 2. Communication Support Manage emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive Draft, reply, and filter correspondence when required Follow up with internal and external stakeholders 3. Travel Arrangements Arrange flights, hotel bookings, transport, and visas if needed Prepare detailed travel itineraries 4. Meeting Coordination Arrange meetings with internal teams and external partners Prepare meeting agendas and materials Take minutes (if required) 5. Administrative Support Prepare reports, presentations, and documents Maintain confidential files and records Handle expense claims and reimbursements 6. Ad-hoc Tasks Assist with urgent or personal requests from the executive Coordinate with different departments when needed Job Qualifications
