Job Description

Our client, a respected and award-winning brokerage in Edmonton, is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Broker to fill a maternity leave coverage. This role offers a unique chance to develop your expertise, manage a diverse book of personal and small commercial insurance, and work alongside a supportive team that values professionalism and innovation.

Compensation

  • Base salary $55,000 – $60,000 per year, based on experience. Commission options available, including a 25% commission on new business and a 7% annual bonus if KPIs are met.
