Personal Support Worker Trainee - Paid Training Program

Become a Personal Support Worker (PSW) with SE Health’s sponsored training program. The 6‑month program includes paid training, part‑time community work during the initial 5 weeks, a virtual learning module, in‑person skills labs, and required placements.

Training Program Details

• 5 weeks of paid PSW training at $19.05/hr, Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• After the first 5 weeks, eligible trainees are paid to work part‑time while continuing education.
• 4 months of virtual learning, 3 weeks of in‑person skills lab, and required placements.
• Training covers personal care activities, household management, and general support.
