Key Responsibilities

  • Client Assessments: Evaluate baseline fitness levels, health histories, and personal goals before starting a program.
  • Customized Planning: Design, implement, and adjust personalized workout plans—including strength, cardio, and flexibility training.
  • Safety & Form: Demonstrate exercises clearly, spot clients, and provide exercise modifications to prevent injuries.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor physical progress through regular testing and adjust workout plans as necessary.
  • Education & Advice: Provide general wellness, lifestyle, and nutrition guidelines to support fitness and recovery.
