Personal / Virtual Assistant

I am looking specifically for a Mexican Virtual / Personal Assistant located in Oaxaca to work per hour (like a part-time job, the hours will increase depending on how we work together).
It needs to be a female between 20 and 30 years old (I am also a woman around the same age).
I don't need someone with a lot of experience if that someone is willing to learn.
