GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Under close guidance performs following tasks:

• Maintenance planning, stock control
• Creation and update Excel spreadsheets for different trackings (equipment reviews, tires, maintenance costs)
• Use and update of area systems
• Enter maintenance orders and purchase orders into the ERP system
• Interact with other teams, including the operations area
• Relationship with suppliers to obtain quotations and purchase inputs/parts used in the workshop and equipment
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Minimum education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum Experience

• Two (2) years experience in office routine or in administrative area
• Experience with an ERP system (Maximo, Oracle, RM, SAP, TOTVS, etc.)
