Pharmacist Independent Prescriber (Full/Part Time)

Hybrid and/or field based across the North West region, predominantly the Merseyside Lancashire and North Wales region mix of home and client site working.

We are recruiting for a number of full‑time and part‑time positions.

We are looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, V300 essential, to join our growing team. In this role you will provide safe and effective prescribing within your scope of competence, deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care and act as the key point of contact for your allocated sites. You will use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding working independently while maintaining close communication with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.
