Job Description

The Account Manager (AM), Pharmacy Technology Services (PTS) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational and client service experience for assigned clients supported by pharmacy technology platforms. This role serves as the primary client-facing point of contact, working closely with internal operational, technical, and support teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
