**Job Description:**
The Community-Based Pharmacy Residency Program affiliated with Western New England University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Walgreens is designed to provide the resident with a structured education and training experience. The mission of our residency is to provide postgraduate training that enables residents to build on their professional skills, achieve their professional goals, and become a leader within the profession. The resident will develop expertise in medication therapy management (MTM), chronic disease state management, as well as initiate, implement, and maintain collaborative working relationships within the community.

This residency will provide an opportunity for the pharmacist to practice at the Western New England University College of Pharmacy Community Patient Care Center and two community-based specialty pharmacy locations.
