A pre-doctoral position

A pre-doctoral position is available in the Nuclear Receptor Signaling Laboratory at the Spanish National Centre for Biotechnology (CNB-CSIC), Madrid, Spain.

Principal Investigator: Mercedes Ricote.

Our laboratory investigates how transcriptional and epigenetic mechanisms regulate metabolism and immune function, with a particular focus on nuclear receptors.

Building on recent discoveries from our group (J Exp Med **** , Nature **** , Blood **** , Nature Communications **** ), we are currently exploring how maternal-derived signals influence neonatal metabolic and immune development.

The PhD project will examine how maternal diet and environmental factors shape metabolic and immune programming during early life.
