What You’ll Be Doing
- The Warm Welcome: Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them to the brand and introduce them to additional products they’ll love
- Closing the Deal: Take inbound calls to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Support & Billing: Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions
- Tech Stack Mastery: Navigate daily tasks using Aloware (Phone), HelpScout (Email), CheckoutChamp (CRM), and the standard Google/Microsoft suites
