Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of certified PHRNs to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Coordinate daily operations within the BPO/Call Center environment.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance and development.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and manage escalated patient concerns.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or BPO environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven bedside experience and active PHRN license required.
