Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant for their Petaluma, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist.
+ Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
+ Assist in maintaining department.
+ Participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, as needed.
+ Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area.
+ Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
+ Assist nursing department with training of Restorative Aides.
+ Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problem and plans.
+ Participate in in-services training program for other staff in the facility.
