Requirements Patient Volume: 18,250 estimated annual volume free-standing ER Specialties: Imaging, Lab Coverage Model: 24 Hours Physician Coverage - 12 hour shifts Number of Beds: 11 bed EMR: Cerner Education/Training Provider must have completed a residency in EM, FM, or IMClinical Experience Proof of current adequate EM experience within the past 2 years for EM/FM/IMLicense Requirements Active unrestricted TX state medical license and DEA w/ TXaddress & schedules 2,2N,3,3N, 4 & 5; must be fee paid and will not accept fee-exemptBoard Certification Must be board certified in EM or FMMerit Badges / Certifications EM Board Certified - Certifications not required.
