Picker/Driver

Overview

Join our delivery team as a Van driver with a mix of duties, including picking for the delivery team and supporting the delivered operation to achieve first class customer service. A full driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods by picking against a handheld terminal and advising Manager of any differences.
• Check quality, shelf life and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.
• Provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
• Provide first class service to our customers when delivering their goods.
• Be polite when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring any complex situations to someone who can help.
