Ocean Fitness is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to join our leisure and wellness team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Pilates classes to hotel guests and leisure club members, promoting health, fitness, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming and professional environment.
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying fitness levels
- Demonstrate correct techniques, posture, and breathing to ensure participants exercise safely
- Assess clients' fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet individual needs and goals
- Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate beginners through to advanced participants
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive class atmosphere in line with hotel standards
