This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong clinical expertise with Pilates instruction, supporting clients in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall physical well-being within an elite wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments and develop individualised programs and rehabilitation plans.

Deliver safe, effective, and progressive Pilates (Reformer, Mat, other equipment) sessions tailored to clients' fitness needs.

Work with clients across various fitness levels, including pre/post-rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance enhancement.

Ensure correct alignment, movement patterns, breathing, and posture during sessions.
