Job Description
Functions of this role include:
- Working with the site superintendent and foreman to receive and complete tasks required
- Using tools, powered tools, or machinery to work and perform on‑site. Operating machinery as needed to assist with the task on hand
- Measuring and cutting materials as needed, helping with hands‑on installations
- Unloading and moving materials around site
- Rigging cranes, using hand signals
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for you and others
- Attending safety meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations to better understand the safety aspect of each site
- Aiding and assisting other workers on site where needed
What you Bring:
- Minimum 2 year construction labour experience
- Proven history of safe practice working on construction sites and around heavy‑duty equipment
