You will own and continuously evolve our product data processes, leveraging our Product Information Management system (Akeneo) - ensuring that product data is accurate, complete, and consistently delivered across all channels. Working closely with data contributors, vendors, sales and technical teams, you will drive efficient collaboration and execute product data onboarding processes reliably.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the PIM system (Akeneo) end-to-end: data model, workflows, import/export profiles, automation rules, and AI-based enrichment features
- Monitor workflows and proactively drive resolution of delays or bottlenecks
- Establish and enforce data quality standards; implement effective validations and drive corrective actions
- Conduct user trainings and support internal teams in working efficiently with the system
- Manage and execute the onboarding of product data from vendors
