Job Description

Encore Digital is building a B2B outbound sales team and is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help shape its outbound strategy. This role includes daily outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage C-level executives, manage a sales pipeline, and continuously refine messaging.

You will work closely with the founders, receive mentorship, and have the opportunity to significantly impact the sales function within a fast-paced startup. The role offers competitive salary and uncapped commissions.
