Job Description
PURPOSE:
To ensure quality products are prepared and served to customers according to SOP while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting efficient restaurant operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service.
- Grill and prepare food products according to Pedro’s quality and food safety standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with menu selections and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP.
- Maintain food safety standards according to SOP.
- Ensure dining, cashier, and food preparation areas remain clean and organized.
