Job Description

PURPOSE:

To ensure quality products are prepared and served to customers according to SOP while delivering excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting efficient restaurant operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP whilst maintaining speed of service.
  • Grill and prepare food products according to Pedro’s quality and food safety standards.
  • Take customer orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers with menu selections and respond to customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP.
