Planner/Scheduler

Under indirect supervision, the Planner is responsible for constantly analyzing and monitoring the lists of raw materials needed to ensure thatmanufacturing processes are fulfilled in a timely manner according to the organization's existing plans, thus ensuring an efficient process withtimely delivery of our products and optimal utilization of resources.Analyzes sales forecasts and places purchase orders for the raw materials required for their fulfillment.
- Create production plans that allow sales forecasts to be met.
- Maintains constant communication of the status of production plans with sales, customer service,production, and quality departments.
- Works hand in hand with the import-export department to provide adequate follow-up of the rawmaterials orders from the supplier's issuance until receipt at the Tijuana plant.
- Carry out a monthly review of the raw material inventory, avoiding having excess or shortage of materials.
