Tasks

  • Supervise, motivate, and support the planning and dispatch team in achieving operational objectives.
  • Organize the work of employees under your supervision and ensure effective management of schedules, payroll, absenteeism, and replacement needs.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on recruitment processes, disciplinary matters, and the administration of employee files, including those related to CNESST claims.
  • Ensure compliance with the collective agreement, internal policies, and occupational health and safety regulations.
