- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and progress reports
- Review contractors’ baseline schedules, recovery plans, and cash flow projections
- Monitor project performance against approved timelines and milestones
- Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients
