Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using software tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct resource allocation analysis to optimize productivity and minimize delays, adjusting schedules as necessary based on ongoing project developments.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential bottlenecks.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
