Tasks:
Planning for Pre-construction
- Collaborate with BD team, Estimating Manager and Pre- contracts Manager to understand client requirements and seek clarifications on scope
- Develop with his team the program schedule and timelines for performing the construction work based on resource requirements, historical trending of such projects etc. while striving for optimal resource utilization
- Feedback from planning manager / senior planning engineer on planning support
- Incorporate robust construction methodology using innovative technology to optimize construction plans
- Highlight the opportunities and risks associated with the time related aspects of bids
- Active 4D, introduce 4D planning aspect to the project at hand
Project Planning and problem resolution
- Monitor closely project progress and adherence to project plans in case project deviations are large
