Planning Engineer Interior Fit-Out

Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Engineer for a reputed Interior Fit-Out company based in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have 3 4 years of proven experience in project planning within the interior fit-out industry and must be capable of managing timelines coordinating with project teams and ensuring the smooth execution of multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project .
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and procurement teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor daily/weekly progress and prepare status reports highlighting any risks, delays or deviations.
• Plan resources, materials and manpower in alignment with project deadlines.
