Responsibilities
- Project Planning: develop detailed project plans including WBS, activity lists, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Schedule Management: create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; identify critical paths and optimize project timelines.
- Resource Allocation: coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Progress Tracking: monitor project progress and performance against schedules and KPIs; identify deviations, delays, and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Claim Preparation: prepare robust Extension of Time claims using Impacted as Planned and Time Impact Analysis methods.
- Risk Management: identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans and contingency measures.
