With 15 years of professional experience, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of this complex project to ensure successful delivery aligned with stakeholders' expectations and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control comprehensive project schedules for mixed-use development projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align planning activities and meet project milestones.
- Implement schedule risk analysis, identifying potential impacts and proposing mitigation plans.
- Prepare regular reporting and presentations for senior management and stakeholders regarding schedule status, forecasts, and issues.
