Job Purpose
The TechnipFMC Global Rotational Graduate is part of a 2‑year development program that provides entry‑level graduates with direct experience in up to three different Planning, Sourcing and Procurement related roles, setting the foundation for early career growth and development. Every six to eight months the Rotational Graduate will rotate to a different area determined by the Graduate Program Manager. In each of these structured rotations, the graduate will work on real projects with real responsibility and gain a holistic understanding of the planning, sourcing and procurement processes at TechnipFMC while participating in specific development activities to complement these work assignments.
