**About the Department**
BYD's planning & commerce department is a key link in BYD's supply chain system. We are committed to tasks such as demand forecasting, production factory docking, European market docking, and distribution plan. Our mission is to ensure a smooth process from manufacturing to delivery of BYD products, provide customers with efficient and reliable services, and provide strategic support for the company's global business development.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monthly 3+3 Forecast data collection and issues analysis;
- Follow up the vehicles status after arriving at the port;
- Follow-up on the delivery in each market, including vehicle registrations data;
- Providing delivery plan based on the vehicle demands in POs and expected payback date;
- Evaluate and give the production instruction to HQ if necessary;
- Integrate distribution plan
