Supply Chain Planner
Location: Onsite – 1960 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1L 4R1, Canada
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Monitors client orders from receipt to shipment; follows up with internal teams to ensure performance to On Time & In Full Deliveries (OTIF).
- Acts as voice of the customer at the site, highlighting delivery risks, escalations, and stock outs.
- Participates in site operational meetings and chairs or attends client communication calls.
- Facilitates customer order revisions and cancellations, and liability recoveries.
- Coordinates customer order releases and shipments from the plant.
- Mitigates outstanding issues affecting production or release of product with the client.
- Monitors and reports weekly and monthly OTIF performance and client metrics.
