The Temporary (15 months) Plant Controller oversees the financial aspects of the plant, with a strong focus on raw material analysis and yields, while supporting their team in managing labour costs and other operating expenses. In their role as a business partner to the manufacturing team, they ensure the accuracy of financial information, support the understanding of results, optimize operations, and lead transformation projects. Key Responsibilities
Determine milk payments and periodically analyze raw material yields used in manufacturing, as well as related performance indicators. Support the Operations Analyst in month‑end closing activities (volumes, labour, and other expenses). Develop the plant manufacturing budget, with support from the plant Operations Analyst.
