Job Tasks

  • Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and plant performance

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the plant

  • Support project profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and legal requirements

  • Ensure smooth operation of administrative and statutory tasks related to plant operations.

    • Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

  • Proven experience in plant or manufacturing controlling

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
