Plant Controller

The Controller will actively manage the P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow of the plant and ensure timely reporting to the Corporation while maintaining the proper controls in place.
Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting; CA, CMA, MBA a plus · 7 years of experience in broad-based financial experience, including supervision with heavy emphasis on manufacturing, operational background · Work well with management team, understand plant operations, and provide the right information and financial education for solid decision-making · Excel knowledge, analytical abilities and excellent communications skills required · Self-starter with manufacturing ERP/MRP software knowledge · Self-motivated; highly capable of completing tasks and responding to department requests independently · Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines · Ability to adapt in a fast-moving and ch...
