Plant Controller

JAC Products has an opportunity for a **Plant Controller** to join our team in Pedro Escobedo, Queretaro, Mexico.
The Plant Controller is responsible for delivering the annual financial plan, the overall financial performance of the plant, and for the achievement of all financial targets.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Strategic business partner to the plant manager and plant leadership.
- Ensure the facility achieves all of its financial goals.
- Ensure accurate bill of materials and labor routings, as well as unit costs, for the facility.
- Develop accurate manufacturing overhead rates in accordance with corporate policies.
- Provide insightful financial analysis that supports improved operational results.
- Ensure new programs launched at respective facility achieve the minimum financial targets.
- Accountable for inventory management, ensuring that the plant's inventory controls are adequate and encompassing.
