Plant Controller

PLANT CONTROLLER

We are looking for a Plant Controller to lead the plant finance function and act as a key business partner to plant leadership. This is a highly operational finance role, with strong focus on plant controlling, cost analysis, financial bridges, recoveries, reporting, budget actions, and operational performance follow-up.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with Operations to understand plant performance, explain variances, challenge results, and drive actions that support financial objectives.

Key experience / requirements:

• Experience in Plant Controlling, Finance Management, Cost Accounting, or similar roles within manufacturing.
• Strong background in cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
