Plant Engineer (To be recruited from India)

Objective

The objective of this position is to have control on asset management, asset maintenance, and project management.

Responsibilities

Managing the upkeep of all manufacturing assets maintenance and ensure operational capacity of the assets. Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance projects focused on preventive maintenance. Oversee efficient operation of utilities including Water, Electricity, and HVAC systems. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks. Managing maintenance budget and assisting in the design installation of new systems.

10 rule: A preventive maintenance action should be completed within 10 of the scheduled maintenance interval. Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision.
