Plant General Manager
Responsible for leading all Operations & Maintenance activities at the Cavalier Energy Centre, Taber Wind Farm, and Kettles Hill Wind Farm. Ensures safe, reliable and cost‑effective operations aligned with ENMAX Energy Corporation strategy and all regulatory, environmental and contractual requirements.
Major Responsibilities
- Ensure all facility objectives and personnel actions align with ENMAX Energy’s Generation expectations.
- Direct and manage facility staff, contractors and service providers; ensure personnel comply with applicable laws, regulations, standards and procedures.
- Administer the facilities Safety & Environment, Emergency Response, O&M, Administrative, Training, Engineering and Chemistry programs to deliver safe, efficient and reliable operations.
