Gentem Consulting Services Inc. seeks a General Manager to oversee operations in their manufacturing plant in Makati. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient production and maintaining quality, cost control, and safety compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing, including 3-5 years in a senior managerial role. Familiarity with OSHA and lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Candidates must be prepared to work onsite from Monday to Saturday and may need to travel.
