Position Purpose and Objectives

The Plant Manager of Thomson‑Gordon Group, reporting to the C.O.O., is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of Thordon Bearing Production and the facility. The role also leads and drives results and improvements in manufacturing products and processes, including the safe, efficient, and capable operation of production. The Plant Manager brings leadership focused on delivering quality products on time, driving continued improvement to meet manufacturing operations goals while adhering to company values and dedication to safety.
