Responsibilities

Plan and manage all plant and equipment activities to support construction works safely and efficiently

Prepare work procedures, method statements, and risk assessments

Oversee maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant and equipment to ensure reliability

Manage the deployment and positioning of major equipment (e.g. cranes) on site

Coordinate material delivery, storage, and inventory to improve site logistics

Ensure safe installation and operation of site power supply for equipment

Monitor plant performance, cost, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Work closely with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth operations

Lead and supervise plant team, including training and performance management

Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong safety culture on site
