What You Will Do

Leadership
Direct and steer both direct and matrix Plant Management Team members and maintain partnerships to achieve a set goal
Define, monitor, cascade and manage facility KPI´s
Establish and live an operational excellence culture driving continuous improvement with the most efficient use of materials, machines, and people
Create a culture focused on the customer, quality, teamwork, safety, environmental responsibility, and innovation
Influence effectively across, above, and below, utilizing strong communication skills, including fact-based persuasion, and listening
